SUMMARY:Gulfport Dragway’s Winter Warm Up No Prep Backside Small Tire GUARANTEED 5K.
DESCRIPTION:Gulfport Dragway Winter Warmup UpdateGulfport Dragway continues to monitor this weekends weather for our 5K Guaranteed Winter Warmup race. Sunday’s Front Side “5K Guaranteed” Small Tire and all other classes will be in action on Sunday. Gates open at 9am\, Tech for all classes will be 9-10:30am and Chip draw at 11am. First round is scheduled to go off at noon on Sunday. Racers may still Test N Tune and Grudge after 2nd round of the scheduled race. Remember there is “NO” entry free for racers in the 5K Guaranteed Small Tire class. $25 dollar spectator/ crew admission.After considering the Saturday forecast\, we have made the decision to cancel testing and the Backside Saturday portion for this weekend. Racers may still enter the track on Saturday evening after 5pm for parking.We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday for a great “No Prep” event.
