– **5:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Pre-Race Night Meet**
A casual meet-up for participants and enthusiasts to prepare for the weekend’s racing and activities.
## Saturday, October 25th
**Location:** Nashville Superspeedway
**Overview:** The main day of the event, including racing eliminations, burnouts, a car show, awards, and live music. Racing continues throughout the day, with gates opening progressively for different groups. The event wraps up late in the evening.
– **7:00 AM: Load In For Sponsors**
Time for sponsors to set up and load in equipment or vehicles.
– **8:00 AM: Racer Gate/Early Entry Open**
Gates open for racers and those with early entry access.
– **10:00 AM: Drivers Meeting**
Mandatory meeting for drivers to discuss rules, safety, and event details.
– **11:00 AM: Spectator / Car Show Gate Open**
General admission gates open for spectators and car show participants.
